If you are not happy with your Bolt Action Pen you may return or exchange them within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us at pamper@jeweles.ca. The customer pays return shipping costs. The item must be unused, in new condition and in it's original packaging. Please note that any shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a product arrives broken or damaged, we will happily send a replacement right away. A photograph of the damage/defect is required. Please contact us within 30 days if you did not receive the correct product for an exchange or a full refund.
A note about shipping wooden products: wood is a natural material that is subject to warping and cracking due to extreme heat or cold. On rare occasion, If a package is left outside in the sun or cold the wood may crack. If this happens, please send us a picture (a phone picture will do) and we will send you a replacement product.
