This pen can be engraved with 2 lines of text, with each line of text being no more than 22 characters long, including spaces. After you add it to your cart, please mention your text for engraving in the Special Instructions for Seller box in the cart.

If you are not happy with your Bolt Action Pen you may return or exchange them within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us at pamper@jeweles.ca. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. The item must be unused, in new condition and in it's original packaging. Please note that any shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a product arrives broken or damaged, we will happily send a replacement right away. A photograph of the damage/defect is required. Please contact us within 30 days if you did not receive the correct product for an exchange or a full refund.
A note about shipping wooden products: Wood is a natural material that is subject to warping and cracking due to extreme heat or cold. On rare occasion, If a package is left outside in the sun or cold the wood may crack. If this happens, please send us a picture (a phone picture will do) and we will send you a replacement product.
